That was exactly my stance until a year ago. Then I started looking at using SQL. I quickly changed my mind; SQL is a better way to build a subfile. Especially when you can have a wildcard search and have mixed upper/lower case ordered like the rest of the world.

I put a few simple sql programs on my web site.
