I believe IFTTT.com may be able to do gmail parsing and forwarding with no
coding.
Over the past year or so, we've been working on an IOT (Internet of things)
project for the IBM i and found a couple of services that are impressive.
IFTTT allows you to create recipes or routines that automate various
Internet based services.
Here is a recipe to parse gmail and forward to another account:

You can search GMAIL on basically any criteria and then take all sorts of
actions.
The other IOT platform that's impressive is: zapier.com
