don't care on SSL - it is a self signed certificate.
The IP is correct.

at the moment no plans for 7.3 - there still must be some reason
for our hosting options for the advanced developer ;-)

Firefox and "Your connection is not private" from Chrome. Firefox reports:

www.pub400.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.
The server might not be sending the appropriate intermediate certificates.
An additional root certificate may need to be imported. The certificate is
only valid for 185.113.4.15
Error code: SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER
