over too, as these jobs tend to be very rigid in their roles, for

Anyway, I personally find the body of the advert more important than
the head. If I were advertising a position, I'd almost certainly
write 'ILE RPG Programmer' at the top, and in the body be clear that
the position requires a multifacted individual who is comfortable
talking to all of the people in the organisation's food chain in order
to independently but cooperatively Get Things Done.
