I need to get an Authorization token from TIBCO Mashery for using it
to
make a call to an API. Can anyone share any examples of how to do this
using RPGLE?

I know the following-
1. It has to be a POST request
2. Authorization Type is Basic Auth
3. I have the user name and password
4. Body in raw is:

{
"grant_type":"client_credentials"
}

5. The response is something like this:

{
"tokenType": "xxxxxxxx",
"accessToken": "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
}

Scott Klement's HTTPAPI is one way to make this easier.

Is anyone else having problems getting to Scott's website? The past couple
days I've been getting "Unable to connect" whenever I navigate that way. I
tried Firefox, IE, and Chrome. I can do an NSLOOKUP, but ping gives me
"General failure."
