CHECK(FE) to force them to hit field exit?

I've tried CHECK(FE) before, and again just now, because I was pretty sure
it was bypassable. I'm able to navigate off of the field, and I get an
error once, but if I hit enter again, it fills the blanks with zeros.
That's, sadly, what users are likely to do.
