That looks like columnar code. Check for that little letter "K" in the
correct column in the F-spec. That's what Birgitta was pointing out.

As others have pointed out also, you mention the key structure as a
partial key but then you list only two values for it. Do you want to
start with those two values or all the three in the KLIST?

Third, if that third field EDSPX has a leftover value from previous
input or calculation, that might point the file to EOF. Without more
detail, well...
