Field reference files do not work by reading the contents, the
records, the data. They work because the DDS compiler reads the
actual column names as seen in DSPFFD.

different than FRF, how can i use 2 such reference files in one DDS?

Check the DDS manual for the full syntax of the REFFLD keyword.
