If performance is important i can offer you my method.

You have make table with list of libraries in which you files are, and
list of dtaq�s.

Lib1������ Dtaq1 (existing dtaq)

Lib2������ Dtaq2

Lib3������ Dtaq3

Lib4������ Dtaq4

�.

Lib15���� Dtaq15

In your program you must use Library as input parameter.

Than use this parameter with override command or I prefer extname()
opcode.

You can writer program which would read your new file and submit your
program into batch 15 times.

SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(PGM1) PARM('LIB1'))�
Than first call reads Dtaq1 put data into LIB1/file and put data into
�Dtaq2

The second call reads Dtaq2 put data into LIB2/file and put data into
�Dtaq3 and so on.

This example is rather scalable IMHO.
