I believe I would look at eliminating the OVRDBFs if possible.

With .SQLRPGLE you can declare 15 cursors; each cursor would specify one library/file. Then, 15 end-endifs to decide which cursors to process and Bob's yer Uncle.

I suspect there is a more elegant way, but that should point you down a useful path.
