The absolute best suggestion and yes *Inzsr is gone or needs to be.

The best practice is to write new code or modification of existing as Main
programs.Everything as procedures.

dcl-proc Startup;
dcl-pi *N;
MyParm1 Char(10) Const;
MyParm2 Char(10) Const;
end-pi;

// your code.

end-proc;

This means it doesn't include the RPG runtime. *INLR has no meaning anymore.

Runs faster and should use small amount of static.
