I forget whether the change was made in 6.1 or 7.1 (or maybe even
earlier). For a program compiled with DFTACTGRP(*NO), the ACTGRP will end
up being QILE by default. (Not to be confused with the DFTACTGRP (boy
could that have been named a little better). The CRTBNDRPG command
specifies ACTGRP(*STGMDL). This causes a standard single-level storage
program to run in the QILE activation group and a Teraspace-enabled
program will run in QILETS. Of course it never hurts to specify it on the
command anyway--just so it's clear to anyone looking at it later.
