Well, not being able to figure out where the problem was, i changed my
program to fetch only one row at a time.
This resulted in a data conversion issue when fetching the 2nd row.
Turns out I had a field out of order in my result Ds.
In Multi Row fetch, you can not see the fields being mapped from the SQL
variables into the DS fields. Running it in single row mode shows the data
and with that I found my problem.
Fixed the DS and now multi row works great.
