Re: qsygetgroups() anyone use this API to retreive a list of Supplemental Group Profiles?

Does this supply what you need? It was shipped with 7.2 and has been
available for a year and a half for 6.1 and 7.1.

SELECT * FROM QSYS2.GROUP_PROFILE_ENTRIES

The GROUP_PROFILE_ENTRIES view contains one row for each user profile that
is part of a group profile.
Both group profile (GRPPRF) and supplemental group profile (SUPGRPPRF)
information is considered for each user profile.

IBMi 7.2

I need a list of supplemental group IDs associated with the active user
profile within a job.

I researched and found API qsygetgroups() that seems to promise the
results I'm after. The deal is that the expected list of Supplemental
Groups is >not coming to bear.

Has anyone used this (or another) method to retrieve the supplemental
group profiles associated with a user profile?
