Doug

The 2 navigators have nothing to do with each other - you can have both on the same PC with no problem.

Maybe take your System i Navigator question to MIDRANGE-L and give us more detail.

Navigator for i does not yet have all the database stuff - that's the main thing left, as I recall.

Cheers
Vern

I'm not sure if this question belongs here, but I'm not sure where else to look.

I have iSeries Navigator 7.1 installed, and am on V7R1 of the IBMi OS. According to this website from IBM:

http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/power/software/i/navigator/

There are now two products, System I Navigator and Navigator for i

It looks like Navigator for i is the new web-based version of iSeries Navigator, and we should transition to Navigator for i.

iSeries Navigator seems to be having trouble creating MQT tables, which seems to create fine in green screen STRSQL.

My question is: Do I need to remove iSeries Navigator and install Navigator for I to properly create the MQT tables without using green screen?

Thank you,

Doug
