I don't see that information returned in the Retrieve Module Information
(QBNRMODI) API; which would be the logical place for it.

I just answered it. (Strange that I didn't get a notification for that question yet.)

As you guessed, there's no way to tell from the module or program what ALWNULL parameter or keyword it was compiled with.
