Thanks Alan (and Mark) - I was hoping against hope that I wasn’t going to need another darned format but was all I could think of.

As to your question - I don’t “want” to do it - but that’s how the folks paying the $s want it!

It makes a certain amount of sense because the fields contain options that are to be applied to any of the items selected from the list.
