Sounds like an RDi question; there's a list for that :-)
Window > Preferences > Remote Systems > Remote Systems LPEX Editor > ILE
RPG In that window, there is a checkbox near the bottom labelled
'Update the Outline View when text is changed in the editor'.
The faster route is to put 'ILE RPG' in the filter box at the top of the
Preferences window.
