Sorry, Vern, but that is no longer true. I checked into this about 18 months ago and IBM said the trade-up program went away when V6.1 went GA.

There is some good news - there is still, I believe, a trade-up program to get a reduced price on RDi seats for the ADTS seats. Something to run by your BP - last year we got 4 seats at around 600 each - you can look at ADTS in WRKLICINF and see that IBM have converted this thing to have a bunch of "seats" at 6.1 or 7.1.
You already got the sermon from Buck - hope y'all can move to using RDi, it's been really good for me and those around me here.
