If someone's asking whether some programming language feature is
*supported* by an editor, I think it's pretty clear they mean a level
of support greater than what's provided by Notepad.
(Actually, if we're entertaining definitions of "support" which
include "well, yes, we can do it if we really, really want to" then
you might as well say that Notepad has BETTER support for the latest
features, until SEU is properly "configured" (syntax checking turned
off).)
