IFS add New Record -- RPG400-L

How can I do to add a new record into file. This file is in IFS.

Actually I am using

Eval
FD=('/home/Desinf/file.text':o_creat+o_trunc+o_wronly:rw*owner+rw*group+r)

After that I am using Write

What parameter I need to change to add new record to file?
