Correction!
In the DSPMOD display, the new procedures DO show up in the "Procedure list"
screen, but NOT in the "Exported defined symbols" screen.
If it makes any difference, the source for both of these two procedures are
the only ones in "fully-free" RPG without any column-dependent code at all.
