Hey man - you might not want to say that "modern" hookups are better than wedding rings - the jury is definitely out on that.

Maybe not the best metaphore, especially talking to gray-hairs.

But I like Vickie's codependency model some - procedures do take care of themselves - they don't try to take responsibility for what another procedure does.

Sort of like some aspects of better relationships.
