You could use the NPM_PARMLIST_ADDR builtin to get an array of pointers to
the passed parameters, and then process each pointer in turn...

Oops, I think I misunderstood the problem here. This is about the calling
program analyzing the results after calling another program, so the passed
parameters can be in a data structure.
