RE: Tie Breaker in SORTA

I'm confused by the subject of your post. As far as I can see, you're sorting the array purely by the 6-digit sequence field (there IS no tie breaker), so entries with the same sequence number will be in undefined order.

I would have expected element 1 above 4 but its not ? Any particular reason...
