With a MLTCHCFLD CHECK(ER) I expect the check box to toggle with mouse clicks. It works when clearing the check box, it does not work when checking a cleared check box. That is odd. I expect it to work consistently; either toggle in both directions or not toggle in either direction..

Any ideas?
