Was DSPF2 that PROG2 is using compiled with RSTDSP(*YES)?
Display files using windows usually are, and that means that when the file
is first written to the screen, the data on the DSPF1 that is being
overlayed is saved and restored on subsequent writes of DSPF2.
So all calls of PROG2 after the initial call will display what was on DSPF1
when it was first overlayed.
At least that is how I understand RSTDSP works.....
