Java Exception in JDBCR4

One of my programmers started getting this today and we aren't sure how to
resolve it. The main program uses an incoming parm that tells the program
what sql statement to use. It works fine for one sql statement but this
happens with a new sql statement... Any ideas/suggestions of how to remedy
this?
