If you're open to 3rd Party Software, download a copy of our RPG2SQL Integrator software.

There are functions to export directly from a PF to Excel and you can also perform individual cell and Worksheet manipulation.

We actually launch and use Excel from our service program so it pretty much supports all Excel functionality.

subject: How to create an Excel with multiple Tabs from AS400?

Hi all,

I have a requirement to create a multi tab Excel sheet from AS400. The tabs are based on 2 different files which are different in structure. To create a single tab excel, i have done with CrtCsvDta and then ftp the file in the desired location and access the csv from that location using iseries navigator. I know this technique wont work for muli tab Excel sheet.
Anybody came across same situation ?

Regards
Nisha
