Take a look at either Scott Klement's POI/HSSF service program (http://www.scottklement.com/poi/), or Giuseppe Costagliola's SQL2JXL command (http://www.mcpressonline.com/tips-techniques/microsoft/techtip-excel-flies-higher-with-jexcelapi.html).

Scott's service program is great for detailed control over the spreadsheet; Giuseppe's is great for quick creation or addition to a spreadsheet from any SQL SELECT statement.

Hi all,

I have a requirement to create a multi tab Excel sheet from AS400. The tabs
are based on 2 different files which are different in structure. To create
a single tab excel, i have done with CrtCsvDta and then ftp the file in the
desired location and access the csv from that location using iseries
navigator. I know this technique wont work for muli tab Excel sheet.
Anybody came across same situation ?
