This is what I see on the web page:

</inst_dir>/bin/wsdl2ws.sh -o/myconverttemp ?lc
-s/qsys.lib/cvttemp.lib/wsc.srvpgm
</inst_dir>/samples/ConvertTemp/ConvertTemp.wsdl

Don't you need a -s? I only see s.
