Really? I mentioned that we looked at WAS but the cost is going to be
huge, so if apache is up and running, the IWS is also available correct?

Weren't you looking into the Integrated Web Services (IWS) server
recently on this thread? Or was that someone else?

That would do the job, it doesn't require WAS, and is included with the
OS...
