I got the thing communicating, but now we're seeing something really odd:

recvresp(): entered
SetError() #44: CommSSL_read: connection broken
recvresp(): end with err
http_close(): entered

BTW: The extra spaces in the form information could be an issue too. But, that's not yet determined.

Ironically, now I'm getting the "This page requires a user-id & password" from their server.

None of the curl information references a userID or password field.

Gotta love lousy examples.

They're using curl_exec and a few curl_setopt functions to build it up in memory.

$ch = curl_init ($urltopost);

curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_POST, true);

curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_POSTFIELDS, $datatopost);

curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, true);

$returndata = curl_exec ($ch);

This piece is not a big deal.

We don't have PHP on the iseries, so it has to go through RPG. I have your LIBHTTP on the system now. Just trying to link it all together.

Hello,

The sample code you provided just creates an array in a PHP script. It
does not send it anywhere... presumably, there's code later in the
program that does the actual POST.

Can you show us that code? That will help me understand what this is doing.
