In that event I suspect he is wanting you to write a new line of code ahead of the divide. That line would be something like:

C DIVISOR MULT 1 DIVISOR 9999

where 99 is in the + and - indicator columns. Then, you would condition the divide line with 99 in the left-side indicator columns.

(1998 is 15 years ago. Wow. Imagine a computer platform that can still use 20th Century code. Quite a legacy for the rest of the world to compete with, eh?) :)
