Ah!  Another day, another new thing learned.  Thank you.

I looked at Craig's tool ( http://www.jcrcmds.com/jcrdown.html ). 
Excellent, but it looked to me like it is PDM-only?

Part of the problem, for me at least, is that this sort of conversion 
happens so seldom now.  Either its already done or its likely to never 
be done.  It seems highly likely that none of us will do this conversion 
more than 10 times in the rest of our careers. To be useful for my work 
it almost has to be an IDE plugin, wizard, or tool.

However, as usual, Midrange lists came through yet again.  Thank you David.
