The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

have a "unique key", any affirmative replies with regard to getting the
desired\expected record would have presumed that file had been created
by CREATE INDEX [i.e. logical file; LF] or that the /unique key/ was
established as a PRIMARY KEY constraint added either by CREATE TABLE
[i.e. physical file; PF] or ALTER TABLE .. ADD CONSTRAINT [or its CL
equivalent: ADDPFCST].
A UNIQUE constraint does not directly make a TABLE a /keyed file/
from the perspective of the RPG. The physical file without a primary
key would have defined as its AccPth, per DSPFD, "Access Path = Arrival"
and thus not available as a keyed file except via a shared query ODP
[from a request to: OPNQRYF KEYFLD()].
