You can tell what that statement is by looking at the compiler listing.
Typically, numbers like that are I/O. Is it possible there is a record
lock and the wait time is really long? That would look like a 'stuck'
program.

That particular statement number is the one given to the module-start statement generated by the compiler when OPTION(*SRCSTMT) is in effect. It doesn't match any source line, but you can see it in the listing view:

*MODULE ENTRY AND MAIN PROCEDURE ENTRY
1 /free
2 return;
*MAIN PROCEDURE EXIT
