Chgpgm Question

The CHGPGM command has a parameter at the bottom called "Number of
Threads". The F1 help associated with this option is as follows:

"Specifies the maximum number of threads to use when
re-creating bound modules. Specifying a number greater
than 1 allows the command to take advantage of available
CPU cycles, especially on a multi-processor system."

Is this only specific to binding modules, IE: service programs and /copy
modules ?
