I'm not sure I understand your requirements, but we use RUNRMTCMD to run processes on the PC, passing a CMD string like this
START C:/SOMEBAT.BAT

If you are using *IP you need a rexecd daemon running on the target PC, so maybe this is not a possibility for you.
