I do wonder why you are doing the reade on File1. It does look like you
read every record, in keyed order, in File1? Just doing a sequential
read through File1 looks like it would do the job for you.
By the way, is it even important that you process File1 in keyed order?
Removing the k on File1 might give you a huge boost in performance.
