And it turns out my verify needed to have cache refreshed to pick up that my timestamp field was a timestamp field (started off as just a date field).
It looks like what I wanted to work does work.
ds_Hdr.MinTS = epMinDate + epMinTime;

Subject: Date/Time Formats into Timestamp
I have a date format field and a time format field that I need to create timestamp with. I'd love to do something like:
ds_Hdr.MinTS = epMinDate + epMinTime;
However it seems I have to do this:
ds_Hdr.MinTS = %timeStamp( %char( epMinDate: *iso ) + '-' +
%char( epMinTime: *hms ) + '.000000' );
I guess I'd like to not have to specify the format and not specify the milliseconds. Too demanding?
