RE: XML performance issue

This is a fabulous community!

I have improved the performance significantly and to a perfectly acceptable level by the advice given in this thread.

What I have changed is as follows:

* The strings that used to build the message are now defined as variable length and concatenation has been changed from:
"string=%trim(string) + %trim(newpart);" to
"string+=newpart;"
* %trim has been replaced with %trimr in most cases. The only exception is for edited numeric fields where leading blanks also needs to be trimmed off.
