No. The database expressly prohibits the non-query open [effectively
non-SQL open; i.e. CQE allows open, but IIRC has limited support beyond
accepting the inclusion of the fields as part of a query] of the file
with a record format that has the unsupported types. What the RPG
program claims to be the record format with its internal descriptions is
