I think this would work (at v5r4)
    DMyReturnData...
    D                DS                  DIM(100)
    D     WOTran                    16  0
    D     WOINVTH                    2  0
    D     WOMA                         1
    D     WOINVT                     2

Originally, it had to be an OCCURS, but they enhanced it at v5r2 or
v5r4 I think..
