If the "called" programs are created with "DFTACTGRP(*NO)
ACTGRP(*CALLER)" then any errors they receive will be passed to your
service program.

If the service program is created in a named activation group and it
doesn't handle the errors then there is a chance the activation group
will become unusable after a "called" program receives an escape message
and propagates it up the call stack to the Service Program.

i.e. MCH3402 - Tried to refer to all or part of an object that no longer
exists.
