The top of the information center section for RPG for a given release
always has a what's new section. Or you can just google it and get
summary articles like these:
http://www.mcpressonline.com/rpg/v6r1-rpg-enhancements.html
http://www.rpgworld.com/iweekly/RPGIVatV7R1.pdf

Current name for the gui source tool is RDp. Note that RDp is not an
upgrade from WDSC for iSeries. It's a new product that you have to buy
and pay support for. Google that or search the archives at
http://archive.midrange.com/wdsci-l/index.htm for more details.

Subject: Net Change Documents

Hi,
We will be going from V5R4 to V7R? in the next couple of months.
I
have been going through the IBM web site looking for net change
documents,
and have not had a lot of luck. I am specifically looking for changes to

RPG and RDi (I think that is what it is called in V7). Does anyone have
a
link for this?
