Not helpful to the topic; rather, to highlight an apparent
contradiction, FWiW...

Important not to make mistakes in the processing\code, yet with the
allowance for the low chance that something goes awry due to potential
concurrency issues, is that not specifically allowing for mistakes to
happen?
