Need help getting past this compile error. I have 2 logical files that I need to access for data. They both have the same record format and are built over multiple physical files. My output file also has the same layout and format. I have listed each file in the F specs and have also created a data structure for each so I can move the data easily. I continue to get this error on the 2 L999999_L files when compiling. *RNF3523 40 2 The external description of the externally-described data structure was not found. I had no problem compiling when the data structures were not in the code. Can anybody see what I am missing??
