The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Under varying circumstances, I've used HTTPAPI, the client-side portion
of IWS, and some third-party product (which one of our customers has
installed) called (if I remember right) RXS.
In the case of web services for interfacing with E1, IWS is a complete
and utter nightmare, while RXS is at least manageable.
In the case of Google Apps web services (which all appear to be
RESTful), I'm using HTTPAPI.
