Short of running a program on the PC using STRPCCMD, I can't imagine a
way.
There are ways of getting the PC's IP address the user is telneting into
from ... but that won't give you the any user information.
Keep in mind there's no reason someone could be telneted into the system
from another IBM i or a *nix system.
If you did go the STRPCCMD route, you would have to run a program on the
PC that got the user name, then send it to storage space on the IBM i.
Perhaps a data queue or IFS file in /tmp.
